Terms of Service

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging our agency, Ink Narrates.

Payment Terms

Advance Payment:

  • A non-refundable advance payment of 100% of the total project cost is required, when there are 10 slides or less, or if any discounts are provided.

  • A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate the design process, when there are more than 10 slides.

  • The advance payment is considered a commitment to our services and secures a spot in our project queue.

No Refund Policy:

  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once the advance payment is made, it is understood that the client is committed to proceeding with the project and engaging our agency's services.


Project Suspension or Cancellation:

  • In the event that the client wishes to suspend or cancel the project after the advance payment is made, no refund will be provided for the advance payment.

  • If the client decides to suspend the project, the advance payment can be held as credit for future projects, subject to mutual agreement.

Project Discard Policy:

  • Should the client be unresponsive or fail to provide the required content questionnaire, approvals, and brand creative assets for any continuous 7-day period during the project, such inactivity will be deemed as the client having absconded from the project. The continuous provision of these materials is essential to prevent any disruption to the presentation designing or content writing process. Moreover, any advance payments made prior to the commencement of the project are non-refundable and will be retained as compensation for project preparation and reservation of resources. Should the client wish to re-engage with the project after a period of continuous absence, they must recognize that additional costs may be incurred. These costs are due to the necessity of reallocating resources, restarting the project, and adjusting for any inflation or market rate changes that have occurred during the period of absence. The client agrees to cover these additional costs, which will be determined based on the current standard rates and communicated to the client for approval prior to the resumption of the project.

Final Payment:

  • The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are provided.

Revisions & Edits Terms

Revision Scope:

  • The project includes 1 round of revisions based on the initial design concept provided by Ink Narrates, within 1 week of the output delivery.

  • Revisions are limited to minor modifications, adjustments, and refinements to the design, within the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Any additional revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total project cost.

Timely Feedback:

  • The client agrees to provide timely feedback and consolidate all revision requests into a single document or communication.

  • Failure to provide feedback within 1 business day may result in a delay in project completion.

Reasonable Revisions:

  • The agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revision requests that align with the original project brief and objectives.

  • Requests for major design changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges and mutually agreed-upon adjustments.

Delivery of Revisions:

  • Revisions will be delivered within 5 business days from the receipt of the client's consolidated feedback unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The client should review the revisions promptly and provide any final feedback or approval within 2 business days.

Final Approval:

Once the client approves the final design, no further revisions will be made unless additional services or revisions are agreed upon, subject to separate terms and charges.

Client Responsibilities:

  • The client is responsible for providing clear, specific, and detailed revision requests to ensure accurate implementation. The feedback that's difficult to contemplate/decrypt will not be accommodated by the agency.

  • The client should thoroughly review the deliverables and confirm that all revisions have been addressed in each round of revisions.


  • Revisions do not include changes to the project scope, concept, or objectives agreed upon initially unless otherwise discussed and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  • Any revisions or additional work requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional charges and a revised timeline.
