Real Estate Pitch Deck
Pitch deck narrative strategy & design for the luxury real estate brokerage
Lxry Properties, a high-end real estate brokerage based in the United Arab Emirates, came to us with a clear ask: build a pitch deck for their company acquisition. The business was strong & the positioning was premium. But the deck wasn’t there yet.
Their founder didn’t want more slides or more noise. Quite the opposite:“Keep the content minimal. That’s how I like it. And the design should match, clean, restrained, and reflective of the luxury we stand for.”
In other words, say less, but make it count.
Our Creative Director’s response was simple: “We’ll start with the structure. Once the content feels right, we’ll bring it to life through design.”
In this case study, we’ll show selected slides from the project and the thinking behind this real estate pitch deck.

First, our team decided it was best to setup a narrative structure.
This was an acquisition presentation, so our Creative Director first set up a meeting with the founder to understand what was already on the table. We wanted clarity on the business, the acquisition angle, and the kind of narrative the deck needed to carry. In this case, an advisory firm was also involved and had shared a few strategic pointers with the founder. We took those inputs, expanded on them with stronger composition and storytelling decisions, and built a sharper narrative structure for the deck.
Copywriting for this real estate pitch deck that was aligned with the business’s international image and brand touchpoints
With the writing, we first studied the brand’s existing touchpoints, their website, previous presentation decks, and other collaterals. They didn’t have formal brand guidelines, but the tone was consistent everywhere. Luxurious, straightforward, and effortless. It was strong positioning without feeling like it was trying too hard, so we carried that same energy into this pitch deck.
Crafting custom creative assets that matched the overall minimal aesthetic

As presentation designers, one thing we’ve consistently seen is that “minimal” design often gets mistaken for plain bullet points and empty layouts, which usually leads to decks that feel bland and forgettable. So, for this project, we introduced custom geometric elements designed specifically for the brand, using them to highlight key points instead of relying on standard bullets. The result was a cleaner, more distinctive visual language, as shown in the slide above.
The final real estate pitch deck communicated the brokerage as a polished, high-value opportunity.
